It's been 10 years since the idea of a
DataFax Users' Group Audit was first presented at Mt. Tremblant.
Since then, there have been five audits their results have been widely
distributed. Now, in hopes of making the process more useful, a
"Birds-of-a-Feather" session has been scheduled for 7:30 PM, Monday,
March 26th during the 2012 DataFax User Group Meeting
at Hammock Beach, Florida.
At that time I hope a widely
representative group will be available to discuss ways to ...
* facilitate a remote audit without compromising confidential or
proprietary details.
* engage more user regulatory departments
in future DFUG Audits, and
* expand the existing Beta program to supplement QA/QC for new
DataFax releases.
I also hope to discuss
whether the ...
* audit checklist could be improved, or
* current categories used to grade observations should be revised.
We need your input. Please solicit feedback on these or other
topics related to the User Group Audit process from those responsible for
regulatory affairs or quality activities within your organization, and identify
someone who can bring those comments to the Audit BoF
session. As always, I am happy to provide copies of past checklists and audit
reports to any member of the user community who may not have seen them
previously. And, if it is impossible for anyone from
your organization to attend, please submit input to me by email (kirsch.phil@gmail.com).
Please don't assume someone else will take care of this. We need to
hear from you!
Thanks, in advance, for your feedback.
